Green hydrogen is often presented as a solved pathway:
scale it, subsidize it, deploy it.
But engineering reality tells a different story.
Hydrogen is not just another fuel.
It is the smallest molecule in the universe, with properties that challenge materials, infrastructure, economics — and even system design itself.
